We offer a 60-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the appropriate warehouse return address.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping themselves.
Returns sent without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
In cases where the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
